Because every item is custom-decorated to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom bowling hats. Each order is produced specifically for you — your design, your colors, your quantity — and cannot be resold, so we are unable to take items back once production has begun.
Our production guarantee
The one safeguard: if your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return. Contact us within a reasonable window of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Why the free mockup matters
The free, unlimited-revision mockup step exists precisely so you sign off on exactly what will be produced before anything is stitched. Please review your mockup carefully — spelling, colors, logo placement, and quantity — because approval authorizes production.
