Every order is custom-made to your approved artwork, so the timeline below begins after you sign off on your mockup — not at the moment you submit a quote.
Production & timing
Custom bowling hats are made to order. Standard production typically runs about two weeks from approved mockup, though larger or multi-style orders may take longer. Any timeline we share is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary by order size, decoration method, and season.
Rush options
If you have a firm deadline such as a season opener or tournament date, ask about rush production when you request your quote. Where rush is available, we’ll confirm it in writing along with any applicable cost.
Shipping cost & delivery
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is included in your written quote. Estimated transit times vary by carrier and location; we do not guarantee specific carriers or fixed delivery dates. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Multiple destinations
We can split a shipment across several addresses — provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll quote it accordingly.
International
We ship across the United States and can arrange international shipping on request; duties, taxes, and transit times vary and are the recipient’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
