How-To
How to Order Custom Bowling Hats: A Step-by-Step Checklist
Ordering custom caps is easy once you know the steps. Here’s the exact checklist we walk every new customer through, so you arrive with everything you need and get to a great cap faster.
Have your team name and any logo handy — that’s genuinely 90% of what we need to start.
The five-step checklist
| Step | What you do | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Gather art | Send a logo file or team name + colors | Recreate art print-ready if needed (free) |
| 2. Pick a style | Choose a cap and color(s) | Recommend the best blank & decoration |
| 3. Set quantity | Give an approximate count | Return bulk pricing for that range |
| 4. Approve mockup | Review & revise the free mockup | Revise until you sign off |
| 5. Pay & receive | Confirm and pay | Produce & ship in ~2 weeks |
What artwork to send
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal, but a PNG, JPG, or even a clear photo works — our designers will recreate it for embroidery at no charge. No logo at all? Send your team name and colors and we’ll design one.
What you don’t pay for
Mockups and revisions are always free. You only pay once the design is locked, so there’s zero risk in starting.
Bring your team name and any logo, pick a style and colors, give a rough quantity, then approve a free mockup. You only pay after approval, and standard orders ship in about two weeks.
Ready to outfit your team? Send your logo and a target quantity and we’ll send a free mockup with bulk pricing within one business day. Learn more about how we work, browse the cap styles, or get a custom quote.
